Sundays are for scheming
Every Sunday I’m plotting to do one thing better than last week.
Depending on how you count, last week was a total success or a miserable failure.
Might as well get the bitter medicine over with first. Going on what I planned to get done this, week, I only finished the piano app and did not get the directory guide launched or a more complex automation completed.
But why be a negative ninny.
Because from a positive perspective, I won 3rd place in a hackathon with my tom Waits app, which explains why my cashflow is $100 more positive (but still in the red). I also took a couple of days off for some much needed rest, so I’m back full of vim and vigor. And I ran into some of the limitations when getting AI to write documentation for me that I want others to consume. I still have things to learn about either inserting myself, by myself, or getting better at prompting Claude to do so.
Now onto the coming week.
The one thing I want to get in place is a multiple tweet generator which I can use as teasers for my newsletter on socials as part of my January project of doubling readership.
Bonus points if I figure out a webhook from n8n to beehiiv to get my headings and preview texts populated automatically rather than having to copy paste them every time.
Last Word.
Despite having tried, I don’t know how to do pessimism.
